John's Yummy Pot Roast Over Waffles
Preparation time: 5 min. - 12 hrs., depending on how far along your
pot roast is.
You'll need:
- 1 Yummy Pot Roast
- Waffles
Arrange waffles on a plate or serving tray. Using a large meat fork,
place meat from pot roast on top of waffles. Arrange vegetables from pot
roast in an appetizing manner around the meat. Use a ladle to spoon juice
from pot roast over meat and vegetables. Serve hot.
For a lower-fat version of this same recipe: Use low-fat waffles
and omit pot roast.
