Every now and again, I'll do a review...sometimes of a movie, sometimes of a play in the Gainesville area. I am highly trained in film and theatre criticism, as evidenced by my bachelor's degree in Criminology and the fact that my dad went to the same high school as Burt Reynolds (although not necessarily at the same time). Based on some of the reviewers employed by The Gainesville Sun, this more than qualifies me.
I can't remember exactly why I started writing reviews, or why anybody bothered to read them; but now people constantly ask me when I'm going to do a review of whatever show they're in. I think they've come to realize the universal truth that my opinions are more valid because they're written down.
